A meeting was recently held with parents and the four newly selected scholarship students to provide them with their scholarship funds for this academic year.  This brings the total number of scholarships awarded to 43.

The chiefs and the people of the Wechiau traditional area are celebrating the 2nd annual  ‘kaka’ festival from the 13th to 15th May 2016 with a Durbar on Saturday 14th May 2016. The festival honours the hippo which is a sacred animal to the people of the area. All are welcome to attend.
